4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms include:

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Our warranty terms:

• 90-Day Parts Warranty:

  All replaced parts carry a 90-day warranty from the date of service

• Labor Warranty:

  Labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the completion of service

• Warranty Limitations:

  Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

• Proof of Purchase:

  Valid receipt required for all warranty claims

6. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Decline service for appliances beyond economical repair
• Refuse service for hazardous or unsafe appliances
• Limit liability for pre-existing damage or wear

7. Liability and Indemnification

  Customers agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their misuse of repaired appliances

  Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the services provided

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy:

• 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellations
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur fees
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a $25 fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is our property:
